Overview
We are seeking a Transformation Director to lead a 12-month contract dedicated to replacing legacy core systems and redefining operational processes for a multi-site business. The successful candidate will oversee the entire transformation portfolio, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement while working closely with the executive team to communicate progress and challenges throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the transformation portfolio end-to-end, from business case development to benefit realization.
- Manage a multi-workstream programme team encompassing delivery, change, data, and technical implementation.
- Liaise with the executive team and board on project progress, risks, and financials.
- Oversee the implementation partner relationship, ensuring adherence to commercial agreements.
- Facilitate change and adoption to ensure new systems are effectively utilized by end-users.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformations at a director level, with at least one full ERP or core systems implementation completed.
- Familiarity with platforms such as D365, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite.
- Experience managing multimillion-pound programme budgets and third-party relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to recover off-track programmes and manage complexity across multi-entity or multi-site operations.
