Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP IBP Consultant / Solution Architect with a focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences to lead the design and implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable supply chain architectures while managing global implementations and ensuring successful user adoption. The consultant will leverage their extensive experience in supply chain planning to enhance advanced planning capabilities across demand, inventory, supply, and S&OP processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP solution design and implementation programs.
- Define scalable and future-ready supply chain planning architectures.
- Conduct business workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Design and govern global SAP IBP templates for multi-country deployments.
- Configure planning areas, levels, key figures, and attributes.
- Manage project delivery including SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and present solution recommendations.
- Mentor consultants and lead cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 15+ years of Supply Chain Planning consulting experience.
- 8+ years of SAP IBP implementation experience.
- Strong experience with SAP APO, including SNP, DP, and GATP.
- Proven track record delivering global supply chain transformation programs.
- Understanding of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from design through support.
