Overview
We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to provide technical ownership of a customer's security infrastructure in a hybrid work model, with most tasks performed remotely and occasional travel as needed. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day security operations and support various security-related projects while collaborating with technical teams and vendors on escalated issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical ownership of the customer's security infrastructure and related documentation.
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for security projects and changes.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to security infrastructure and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
- Design and support network solutions, including both high-level and low-level designs.
- Implement and support changes to firewalls, networks, and security systems.
- Oversee hardware, software, inventory, and lifecycle management activities.
- Assist with change management processes and handle technical escalations.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with F5 technology.
- Strong familiarity with Zscaler solutions.
- Proficient in Palo Alto Firewall, network security, and VPN technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in network routing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as a senior reference for security infrastructure.
