Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives within a global manufacturing context. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with project leads and key stakeholders to provide project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to successful business transformation outcomes across various initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize strong Excel and PowerPoint skills while producing meaningful insights to support business-wide change in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business transformation programs.
- Produce high-quality reports, analyses, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage survey activities from deployment through to analysis and reporting.
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
- Support change management, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop guidance materials, toolkits, and supporting resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Provide analytical and project support across various strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating technology projects in a global or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Excellent data analytics and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing and delivering fragmented projects across core business units.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting HR initiatives and projects.
