Overview
This contract position seeks an RPA Business Analyst specializing in Blue Prism to lead Agile requirements gathering and process mapping for automation projects. The contractor will work closely with business stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure the successful delivery of automated solutions, particularly focusing on the Alternative Enrolment Automation project. The role requires collaboration with internal teams while fostering the establishment of a Robotic Process Automation Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and backlog refinement for RPA initiatives.
- Drive the delivery of the Alternative Enrolment Automation project using Blue Prism.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and delivery partners.
- Define testable acceptance criteria and manage project dependencies and risks.
- Produce Agile deliverables such as epics, user stories, and process maps.
- Support test scenario definition and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in establishing a broader RPA Centre of Excellence.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering RPA solutions, specifically with Blue Prism.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story mapping.
- Proven ability to write detailed, testable acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with both internal engineering teams and external suppliers.
