Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager will lead a significant transformation programme focused on digitisation, automation, and AI-enabled technology. This individual will manage rollout planning, stakeholder engagement, and deployment execution to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes within a complex and high-profile environment. Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, the Project Manager will oversee risk management and delivery against programme objectives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed rollout plans across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate activities across business, operational, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive readiness activities ahead of deployment, ensuring users, processes, and support functions are prepared for change.
  • Manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Lead deployment and go-live activities, ensuring effective execution and minimal disruption.
  • Support post-deployment activities, including hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Establish strong governance and reporting processes to provide visibility of progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
  • Strong rollout/project management experience in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Confident with risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Experience leading deployment/go-live activities.
  • Comfortable operating across international or multi-country environments.
  • Background in AI, automation, or digital transformation delivery.
