Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a new technology project in the specialty insurance sector during its discovery phase. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders in both the UK and US to assess the current landscape, identify gaps, and shape the overall project scope. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in delivering technology and transformation projects in the insurance industry, particularly in environments with evolving requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology or transformation projects.
- Strong skills in discovery and gap analysis.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to establish order and direction in early-stage projects.
- Familiarity with systems integration and Salesforce-related programmes is desirable.
- Exposure to AI technology or Harvey AI is a plus.
