Overview
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for program development and execution within the Life Science sector, focusing on project management, planning, and stakeholder communication. This role will involve providing updates on budgets, analyses, and key performance indicators while collaborating closely with key stakeholders and reporting directly to the Site Director. The position is intended for an experienced professional with a strong background in operational delivery and project controls, particularly within GMP environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for program development and execution.
- Provide regular client updates on budget, analysis, and KPIs.
- Manage project controls, planning, and scheduling tasks.
- Facilitate clear communication and relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Report to the Site Director on project status and progress.
- Ensure compliance with Life Science industry standards and practices.
- Oversee project management activities to meet timelines and delivery expectations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in Life Science operational and project delivery environments.
- Proven experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in project controls, scheduling, and planning.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
- Demonstrated capability to work on-site at least three days per week.
