Overview
The Agile Cyber Project Manager will oversee critical cybersecurity initiatives, working under the global Chief Information Security Officer at a major organization. This role involves managing and delivering projects that enhance the company’s security framework while effectively engaging with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cybersecurity projects while ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
- Communicate project status and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage with senior leadership teams to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Plan, schedule, prioritize, and allocate project work effectively.
- Analyze data and present insights to support project decisions and improvements.
- Manage conflicting priorities and assist cross-functional teams across global locations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to drive project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
- Strong knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in risk management and governance practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and management reports effectively.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
