Overview
As a P6 Planner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining integrated Primavera P6 programmes for a high-profile transportation scheme. Collaborating closely with project controls and delivery teams, you will ensure that schedule integrity is upheld throughout the project lifecycle. The position demands robust communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed P6 programmes across multiple work streams.
- Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and support mitigation planning.
- Produce regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule performance analysis.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to align programme data.
- Ensure programme baselines are maintained and change control is followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a P6 Planner on transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Solid understanding of NEC/JCT contract environments.
- Experience working within a client-side or major contractor setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
