Overview
We are seeking a MIM SME/Consultant for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role will initially be fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid setup, and will focus on overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Identity Management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot service issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, deployment, and customization of MIM/FIM solutions.
- Perform maintenance activities including FIM/MIM configuration.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for operational tasks.
- Coordinate FIM/MIM activities related to ADFS integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service defects during testing phases.
- Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA, application development, and AD technical teams.
- Support application level security through effective MIM implementation.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Identity Management (MIM 2016) and Forefront Identity Management (FIM 2010/FIM 2010 R2).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management best practices.
- Experience with Active Directory, AD LDS, and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with MIM synchronization engine and configuration.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and process automation.
- Knowledge of SQL server procedures, queries, and table design.
- Experience with authentication methodologies (SSO, AD, LDAP).
