Overview
The Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing a significant Learning Management System (LMS) replacement programme within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This position demands an experienced technology delivery professional who will manage the entire technology workstream, ensuring successful implementation while navigating the complexities of GxP and compliance requirements. The role offers the chance to collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, quality, and compliance domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery for the enterprise LMS replacement programme.
- Own the integrated technology delivery plan, roadmap, dependencies, and critical path.
- Embed GxP validation and compliance requirements throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.
- Manage Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including validation strategy and defect management.
- Coordinate internal technology teams, implementation partners, and programme stakeholders.
- Oversee programme governance, reporting, and financial controls.
- Align technology delivery with business readiness, training, and adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance programme delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering technology programmes in pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- Strong background in implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven experience in delivering GxP-regulated systems through the validation lifecycle.
- Hands-on knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Experience working with Quality, Compliance, and Validation functions.
- Strong track record in managing global technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, including integrations and data migration.
- Ability to operate in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
