Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Systems Implementation Project Manager to oversee a NetSuite rollout for a company engaged in a major finance systems transformation. The contractor will collaborate primarily with the internal finance team and an implementation agency, managing two parallel workstreams focused on the NetSuite build and the integration with Salesforce. This hands-on role demands the ability to bring structure to early-stage projects while ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the NetSuite implementation process with an external agency and an internal engineering team.
- Facilitate collaboration between finance and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the redesign of billing processes and ensure integration with Salesforce.
- Maintain accountability for project scope and costs with third-party agencies.
- Track progress and synchronize the timelines of both workstreams to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers proactively throughout the implementation phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading finance systems replacement projects, regardless of sector.
- Direct knowledge of billing process redesign and implementation.
- Strong background in managing external implementation agencies effectively.
