HR Transformation Lead

Overview

The HR Transformation Lead will be instrumental in advancing the human resources transformation agenda within the organization, particularly focusing on a major SAP-enabled Hire to Retire transformation initiative. This contract role involves collaboration with the Human Resources Leadership Team to enhance HR processes and systems across the employment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with both business priorities and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and analysis of existing HR processes and systems across the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
  • Review recommendations from consulting partners to align solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across HR functions and external suppliers to maintain alignment throughout the project.
  • Integrate outputs from multiple workstreams into a cohesive transformation vision.
  • Provide expertise in key HR disciplines including workforce administration, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Drive the design of future-state processes leveraging SAP and SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Develop a phased transformation plan that aligns strategic objectives with achievable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale HR transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes including payroll and talent management.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP HR solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience managing relationships with consulting firms and systems integrators.
  • Ability to create high-level implementation and resource plans for transformation projects.
  • Experience working on integration of multiple HR functions and system capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills in driving collaborative efforts across diverse teams.
