Overview
We are seeking a Financial Systems Test Lead to join a dynamic hospitality group's finance transformation project. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for a newly implemented cloud finance system, coordinating across multiple regions and working with various finance teams and vendors. The position requires a strong understanding of finance processes and the ability to ensure seamless integration across systems through to Go-Live.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end testing and UAT plan and schedule.
- Develop and execute test scenarios across full finance processes, integrating Sage and upstream systems.
- Coordinate UAT delivery with finance testers across different regions.
- Validate data flows, mappings, and reconciliations for accurate accounting outcomes.
- Manage defects through to resolution, including fix, retest, and regression testing.
- Report on progress, risks, and Go-Live readiness, including support during switchover and post go-live.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading testing on ERP or finance system implementations.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Income Audit processes.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems.
- Ability to independently manage a workstream and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Professional demeanor suitable for direct interaction with international teams and third-party vendors.
