Responsibilities
- Own the requirements lifecycle by engaging stakeholders to define and shape solutions.
- Drive the resolution of complex application and data issues through SQL/database analysis.
- Connect business and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and technical changes.
- Manage testing and delivery quality for enhancements and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide hands-on systems expertise, supporting enterprise platforms and advising users on best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Commodities or Energy Trading, with a focus on Business Systems Analysis or Data Analytics.
- Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in database querying and application troubleshooting.
- Systems mindset to understand the interaction between applications, data, and business processes.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to navigate business and technical teams confidently.
