Overview
The Salesforce Product Owner will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Salesforce instance for a large organization, collaborating closely with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders. This position involves defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce, enhancing business processes across various departments, while leading a skilled team of Salesforce professionals including Administrators and Developers. The role aims to streamline operations and drive value from the Salesforce platform within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions for the development team.
- Manage and lead a team of Salesforce professionals, assigning tasks and enforcing best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce solutions, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or Manager role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in owning a Salesforce roadmap and strategic development.
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments using declarative build.
- Experience in a complex Sales Cloud environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
