Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a critical role in a technology transformation project focused on an enterprise DevSecOps platform. The contractor will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams, providing pivotal leadership to ensure successful project delivery from pilot to full scale and adoption. This position emphasizes managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating the transition to a scalable internal platform service.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources effectively.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, governance, and delivery reviews.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Track adoption, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
- Support the transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager in technology, digital, software, cloud, infrastructure, or transformation contexts.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery environments and processes.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and platform dependencies to identify delivery risks.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, governance, and risk management.
- Experience in government, defence, national security, or similarly complex environments is a plus.
- Active Security Clearance (SC) is essential.
