Overview
As a Global Project Manager specializing in Change & Deployment within the manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for leading a strategic initiative that transforms how customers are supported through a shift to remote service models. Working with a high-caliber team of project managers, you will oversee the deployment processes across multiple regions, ensuring effective communication and change management. This fully remote position will require collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success in the Americas, APAC, and Southern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Analyse regional account data to identify which customers will transition to the new remote support model.
- Lead the change management and communications plan for impacted customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and execute a project plan that outlines scope, milestones, and resource allocation for each market deployment.
- Act as the primary contact for your assigned markets, managing risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Navigate and adapt to a traditional organizational culture while facilitating effective change.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid project or programme management experience (3-5+ years), particularly with global or multi-market delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, largely virtual global team environment.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
- Familiarity with system implementation or change rollout processes is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, IPMA, or similar, though not required.
