Overview
The Business Change & Adoption Consultant plays a critical role in facilitating the successful adoption of CRM systems within an organization. Working remotely with occasional travel to Scotland, the consultant will develop tailored change strategies to engage stakeholders, ensure cultural adoption of new practices, and validate requirements through collaborative workshops. This position focuses on enabling both technical and organizational readiness for CRM implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop an integrated change and adoption strategy aligned with project requirements and timelines.
- Craft compelling change narratives for diverse audiences, including leadership and operational teams.
- Construct and manage a comprehensive stakeholder map and engagement plan.
- Facilitate requirements validation and change-impact workshops with Business Analysts and Programme Leads.
- Assess impacts on organizational roles and processes, defining necessary support measures.
- Establish adoption metrics, readiness measures, and a communication plan for training and support activities.
- Prepare managers and business owners for integrating CRM into regular workflows.
- Utilize data to tailor interventions for various audience groups based on feedback and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading business change and adoption for technology transformations, preferably with CRM systems.
- Experience in building change strategies from initial mobilization through to detailed requirements refinement.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops for a range of senior and operational stakeholders.
- Strong background in creating cases for change and stakeholder segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with public sector or similarly complex organizational structures is desirable.
- Qualifications such as Prosci or APMG Change Management are beneficial, with practical experience prioritized.
