Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Consultant to support a leading property development group for an initial six-month period. This role will involve close collaboration with the Finance Leadership team and other finance stakeholders in a hybrid working environment, balancing remote work with occasional visits to the London office. The successful candidate will coordinate key financial processes while enhancing reporting standards and guiding a small finance team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate core month-end processes for key divisions.
- Develop enhanced reporting packs to improve consistency and rigor.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities with finance stakeholders.
- Oversee a small team of Management Accountants and Analysts.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with experience in large, complex businesses.
- Proven background in Management Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience with long-term contracts is preferred.
- Property development or construction sector experience is a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously.
