Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new Enterprise Risk Management System. In this contract position, the manager will be responsible for driving the project from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage change, testing, and data migration, preparing the solution for go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project to deliver a new Enterprise Risk Management System.
- Manage planning and coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee implementation, including testing, data migration, and business readiness.
- Facilitate change management processes, including stakeholder engagement and training.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve issues proactively as they arise.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare the system for go-live, ensuring all elements are ready.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering business or technology system implementations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS or packaged-platform implementations.
- Practical experience in change management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience implementing Risk Management Systems, preferably Protecht or similar.
