Overview
The Interim Organisational Design & Operating Model Lead will spearhead a critical strategic transformation within a private equity investment organization. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to assess and redesign the current organisational structure, creating a future-state model that enhances effectiveness and aligns with the firm's growth strategy. The contractor will engage primarily with Partners and senior executives to implement actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis and design principles.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current organisational structure and operating model.
- Design the future-state organisational structure.
- Review roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and accountabilities.
- Identify opportunities for improving organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop practical recommendations aligned with the firm's strategy and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to implement the future-state model.
Requirements
- Significant experience in organisational design and operating model transformation.
- Experience within private equity, investment management, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating at Partner and senior executive levels.
- Experience in delivering organisational transformation in complex organisations.
- Direct private equity experience is highly desirable.
- Consultancy experience is an advantage.
