Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will support a global rollout program, focusing on the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Employee Central across various regions. This role will involve collaborating closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the system. The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and work until the end of October, playing a crucial role in enhancing HR processes globally.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather and validate business requirements with HR stakeholders.
- Configure Employee Central in line with global processes and local requirements.
- Support testing, defect resolution, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong hands-on EC configuration skills.
- Experience working on global or multi-country rollouts.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is desirable.
