Overview
As a Lead Engineer within the Enterprise Readiness team, you will play a pivotal role in developing authentication and security capabilities tailored for large enterprise organizations. This hands-on engineering position involves collaboration with product, platform, and engineering teams to create scalable, secure features that address complex customer environments and authentication challenges. Your expertise will support the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring robust identity and access management.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade authentication and authorization capabilities.
- Design and implement secure SSO integrations.
- Develop backend services to support enterprise identity and access management.
- Solve authentication challenges for customers managing thousands of users and applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise features.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for deployment and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Strong background in Enterprise SSO and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Proficient in secure backend development using Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS, Financial Services, or large-scale distributed environments.
- Previous work on authentication features for enterprise software or identity platforms is highly advantageous.
