Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Trainer to lead engaging workshops aimed at end users across various client organizations. The trainer will work closely with participants to enhance their understanding and usage of Microsoft Copilot, ensuring a high-quality training experience focused on user engagement and confidence. The role involves delivering workshops in London throughout the year with fully developed training materials already in place.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops in London throughout the year.
- Facilitate sessions for users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate practical use cases across Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Answer attendee questions and provide best practice guidance.
- Encourage user adoption and confidence in using Copilot.
- Gather participant feedback following sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 or technology training.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable delivering training to groups of varying sizes.
