Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Architect to lead the architecture of a large-scale finance transformation programme. In this contract role, you will work alongside senior programme leadership to design and govern the future-state finance systems architecture, ensuring a seamless and automated technology landscape for finance operations. This position is open to candidates based in the UK with the right to work.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target-state finance systems architecture across various finance platforms.
- Lead integration architecture, data governance, and master data strategy across the finance ecosystem.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and process optimisation for end-to-end finance processes.
- Establish architecture governance, design standards, and solution assurance processes.
- Provide technical leadership to implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a multi-year finance technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in designing enterprise finance systems architecture in complex, multinational settings.
- Strong background in Oracle Financials (EBS and Fusion).
- Expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, cloud technologies, and data governance.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, reporting, audit requirements, and master data management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide architectural leadership for large-scale transformations.
- Architecture certification such as TOGAF and finance systems implementation experience preferred.
