Overview
The role of the P6 Planner involves supporting the delivery of a highways project by developing and maintaining detailed project programmes. The contractor will work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to analyze progress and risks while producing reporting updates to ensure project accuracy. This position is an immediate requirement, designed for an experienced professional who can quickly integrate into the project team and contribute effectively from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update project programmes.
- Monitor progress against key milestones and project deliverables.
- Identify programme risks and opportunities.
- Produce reporting and progress updates for the project team.
- Liaise with operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure programme accuracy.
- Support project planning throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner within highways, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Ability to produce and manage detailed project programmes.
- Experience analyzing critical path, progress, and programme risks.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
