Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) systems. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the retail or hospitality sector, ensuring effective end-to-end project delivery. This role is an urgent contract position requiring immediate availability for a duration of 3 to 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workforce Management systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Workforce Management system implementations.
- Strong background in HR technology or HR systems projects.
- Prior experience in the retail or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to oversee end-to-end project delivery effectively.
