Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead a strategic risk transformation programme aimed at integrating SS5/25 requirements and climate-related risk management practices within a large regulated organization. This role involves ensuring that regulatory commitments are effectively delivered through structured plans and measurable outcomes while collaborating with various stakeholders across different business functions. The position is designed for an experienced Project Manager who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive project delivery effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of regulatory commitments through structured project plans.
- Embed SS5/25 requirements into existing risk management frameworks.
- Manage programme plans, governance, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Change, and other business functions.
- Track risks, dependencies, and actions to maintain project schedule.
- Provide executive reporting on project status and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in risk, regulatory, or transformation programmes.
- Strong background in managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in governance, planning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with PRA-driven programmes is essential.
- Knowledge of climate risk initiatives is a plus.
