Overview
We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our client in the Financial Services/Insurance sector on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the migration of existing automated processes from Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop, collaborating closely with both in-house and offshore development teams. This role requires hands-on expertise in Power Automate and a strong understanding of RPA best practices, ensuring that automation processes are suitable for the new platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of existing automations from Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop.
- Collaborate with in-house and offshore RPA Developers to assess automation processes.
- Rebuild existing processes in Power Automate after ensuring compatibility.
- Provide guidance on RPA best practices and automation principles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Document migration processes and maintain clear communication with the team.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Power Automate (Desktop Flows essential).
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices and automation principles.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sector is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team.
- Flexibility to work onsite 2 days a week, with potential for more remote arrangements.
