Overview
The S2P Transformation Lead will play a critical role in guiding a global organization through a significant procurement transformation program over a 6-month contract period. This position focuses on assessing and redesigning existing Source-to-Pay processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing a future operating model. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders and leverage their extensive expertise to implement effective transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and assessment phase of the S2P transformation.
- Review existing Source-to-Pay processes for opportunities for improvement.
- Shape and design the future operating model for the organization.
- Conduct process assessments and gap analysis to identify areas for enhancement.
- Define global process standards and facilitate harmonization across regions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Utilize strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to inform procurement transformation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading S2P or procurement transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
- Proven track record in process assessment and future-state process design.
- Experience in defining process standards across multiple business units.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA procurement transformation.
- Ability to work strategically while also handling detailed operational tasks.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders effectively.
