Overview
The SAP O2C Functional Consultant will play a critical role in a major transformation programme focused on Order to Cash (O2C), utilizing their extensive SAP S/4HANA functional expertise. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and the integration partner to ensure effective configuration and compliance with business requirements. As the project progresses toward go-live, the consultant will engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the transition into business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the transformation programme with strong SAP S/4HANA O2C functional expertise.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate solutions during UAT.
- Analyze and challenge proposed solutions that do not meet business requirements.
- Oversee cutover processes, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
- Engage with the system integrator to ensure proper solution delivery and configuration.
- Provide insights on Pricing and Rebates with hands-on knowledge of Vistex.
- Utilize knowledge of Credit and Collections in the Invoice to Cash process.
- Assist in the transition to business-as-usual operations after go-live.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in O2C processes.
- Strong background in Pricing and Rebates management, with Vistex proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Invoice to Cash processes, including Credit and Collections.
- Experience supporting ERP programmes through UAT testing phases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and system integrators.
- Confidence to challenge misaligned solutions against business requirements.
- Knowledge of cutover, go-live, and hypercare support practices.
- Familiarity with HighRadius is advantageous.
