Overview
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in PMGM to support the design and implementation of scalable performance management processes for a global rollout. This interim role will involve leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and configuring PMGM solutions, while ensuring alignment with both global standards and local business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive process standardization and support deployments, beginning as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMGM design workshops and facilitate discussions.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and establish global PMGM design standards.
- Configure PMGM solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
- Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive process standardization and ensure adoption across multiple geographies.
- Accommodate local requirements while adhering to global design principles.
- Provide support during the hypercare phase post-deployment.
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification is essential.
- Minimum of 5-6 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations required.
- Proven expertise in configuring PMGM modules and tools.
- Experience with Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, and Workflows.
- Strong workshop facilitation and business analysis skills are necessary.
- Ability to produce functional design documentation and workbooks.
- Experience balancing global design principles with local business needs is crucial.
- Demonstrated understanding of the full project lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, and Go-Live.
