Overview
The Business Analyst will support integration projects for a growing organization, focusing on the assimilation of new businesses into their technology landscape. The role requires collaboration with various teams, leveraging experience in fields such as Manufacturing, Construction, or Facilities Management, particularly with Field Service Management Software. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the site required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct integration analysis for new business acquisitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements
- Facilitate discovery sessions and implementation of Field Service Management systems
- Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Document process flows and system requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis
- Monitor project progress and report findings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Field Service Management Software
- Background in Manufacturing, Construction, or Facilities Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the discovery and implementation of FSM systems
- Experience in IFS is a plus
- Ability to travel for on-site meetings when required
