Overview
The Business Analyst will be contracted to support a consultancy partner in delivering a transformation programme for a large public sector organisation. They will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders from business, technical, and compliance areas to understand existing processes, capture necessary requirements, and facilitate improvements within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
- Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess risks, dependencies, and governance considerations.
- Support service and process design activities.
- Produce clear documentation, recommendations, and project artefacts.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, technical, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience in transformation or technology programmes.
- Essential public sector experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Skill in conducting impact assessments and risk analysis.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated or governance-heavy environments.
- GxP experience and familiarity with healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
