Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme within the legal sector. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement a new case management system, shaping business processes and requirements during a critical discovery phase. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel to the London or Manchester offices required for process reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to document current business processes.
- Define and map future-state processes and requirements.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand existing case management workflows.
- Support the implementation of a new case management platform, preferably ShareDo.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system transformation or case management programmes.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in documenting both as-is and to-be processes.
- Background in the legal sector or legal services environment.
- Experience with case management systems.
- Desirable: previous experience with ShareDo and supporting discoveries in legal or regulated environments.
