Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Benefits Lead will play a pivotal role in the implementation of a significant SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme for a global engineering organization. This fully remote position involves leading the design and configuration of global benefits structures, collaborating closely with HR, Reward, and Programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery through to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits.
- Configure MDF objects, Business Rules, and workflows.
- Develop country-specific eligibility frameworks for benefits.
- Configure entitlement and election processes for benefits.
- Build benefit contribution models and cost-sharing calculations.
- Support grandfathered and legacy benefit schemes.
- Configure employee self-service benefit processes.
- Deliver annual holiday buy and sell functionality and support testing and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits.
- Strong experience with MDF configuration.
- Advanced capability in Business Rules.
- Knowledge of Workflow Derivation and Event Reason configuration.
- Experience delivering global benefits programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a complex global environment.
