Overview
The ServiceNow CPQ Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow CPQ solutions tailored to meet complex product, pricing, quoting, and order management needs. This fully remote role demands collaboration with various stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions and optimize workflows within ServiceNow processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow CPQ solutions.
- Configure and optimize CPQ workflows, including pricing rules and quote generation.
- Integrate CPQ with ServiceNow SOMT and OMT for seamless processes.
- Develop Logik.ai CPQ functionality aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow CPQ Consultant with hands-on implementation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow CPQ, SOMT, and OMT systems.
- Hands-on experience with Logik.ai CPQ configuration and integration.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order and order management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
