Overview
The Salesforce Developer will engage with a dynamic public sector client to enhance their Salesforce platform as part of a strategic initiative to consolidate technology services. This role involves direct collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop new functionalities, streamline customer interactions, and integrate various business systems. The successful candidate will lead development efforts across multiple live projects, particularly focusing on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce using Apex.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design and implement API integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and refine existing Salesforce solutions for improved performance.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and project teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Provide technical insights for solution design and process automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in Apex and Salesforce development practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, automation, and customization.
- Ability to work effectively in an established environment with minimal guidance.
- A background in CRM and customer portal development is preferred.
