Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Architect will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the success of SuccessFactors implementations for clients. This position involves working alongside system integrators to provide architectural guidance, challenge decisions when necessary, and ensure that solutions align with business goals. The contractor will serve as an intelligent client, instilling confidence in the project direction while protecting the client’s investment in the implementation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and best practices.
- Experience working with system integrators on implementation projects.
- Ability to challenge technical decisions and provide constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of project management and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the broader HR technology landscape.
