Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) to join our support team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of maintenance processes, resolve issues for maintenance and engineering teams, and provide mentorship to colleagues. Your expertise in S/4HANA will play a crucial role in maintaining system efficiency and supporting best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support on S/4HANA plant maintenance issues, including notifications, work orders, and order scheduling.
- Support and maintain master data such as equipment, functional locations, and work centres.
- Assist with preventive and planned maintenance processes, including maintenance plans and scheduling.
- Resolve integration issues with Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO).
- Investigate and address configuration, authorization, and data challenges.
- Produce reporting and analysis, conducting data checks and reconciliations.
- Mentor and upskill colleagues, sharing knowledge on S/4HANA and maintenance processes.
- Document fixes, processes, and lessons learned for future reference.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management.
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA technical concepts and its integration with Modules like MM and FI/CO.
- Prior experience in a support, AMS or CoE environment.
- In-depth knowledge of corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including lookups, pivots, and data validation.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues with varying levels of expertise in the field.
