Overview
The Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant will play a critical role in driving high-profile Business Central projects within a leading technology consulting firm. The contractor will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and guide them through implementation, configuration, and user training for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, while also mentoring junior consultants. This position offers the opportunity to engage with innovative AI-driven business solutions, ensuring impactful digital transformations for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile Dynamics 365 Business Central projects for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define business processes.
- Configure D365 Business Central based on client requirements.
- Support clients with data migration and end-to-end testing.
- Deliver tailored training and coaching for end-users.
- Design and validate custom solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participate in go-live cutover exercises and data reconciliation.
- Mentor junior consultants to foster their development.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Deep understanding of D365 Business Central core modules including Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
- Experience leading workshops and training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools like Power BI and SSRS.
- Hands-on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central.
- Experience with Dynaway is highly advantageous.
