Overview
The Senior Information Technology Program Manager will oversee multiple technology programs and projects, ensuring financial and outcome accountability while reporting to a Portfolio Manager within the CTO. This role involves building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across IT and global business sectors, leading multidisciplinary teams globally, and managing the execution of project/program activities from planning to implementation. The manager will also focus on financial analysis and risk management, driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with established practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end execution and management of technology projects/programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and teams across the organization.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project metrics and objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and contextualize financial data within business activities.
- Identify and escalate budgetary risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensure effective handover of projects into Business-as-Usual operations.
- Implement and deploy Business Transformation Frameworks and methodologies.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in project and programme management.
- Strong knowledge of Programme and Project Management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence in a matrix environment.
- Experience implementing large-scale organizational and technology-related change.
- Proven ability to handle technical blockers and financial analysis within projects.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects in a Technology organization with Infrastructure experience.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to infrastructure and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
