Overview
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in a significant Microsoft transformation program for a global organization. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and international delivery teams, you will influence strategic decisions and define the roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring that the technology delivers sustainable business value while supporting organizational transformation initiatives. This position requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to bridge business objectives with technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior Microsoft Dynamics lead across a large-scale transformation programme.
- Provide strategic guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and wider Microsoft platform best practices.
- Support the transition from implementation into Business-as-Usual (BAU) and Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Collaborate with technical teams across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure technologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimization and future transformation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Influence the design and delivery of future Microsoft Dynamics deployments across an international organisation.
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations).
- Expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Azure Integration Services experience.
- Solution Architecture expertise.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels.
