Overview
The Senior Product Manager role offers an engaging opportunity to lead high-impact programs that replace manual processes with innovative digital services for public sector clients. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of shared approaches for task management across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify urgent task types in need of support.
- Conduct discovery phases for Document Management, assessing the relevance of existing documents.
- Work with users from the outset to test prototypes and gather feedback.
- Drive iterative improvements based on user testing and stakeholder input.
- Maintain effective communication with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in government or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering products into legacy systems and established processes.
- Strong user-first mindset with a commitment to iterative testing and learning.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple vendor relationships.
