Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee a significant platform modernization initiative for an impact-driven organization. This contract role involves collaborating with a technical delivery team and external partners to enhance the organization’s cloud telephony services and to implement high-impact third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated squad, ensuring that delivery aligns with executive stakeholder expectations while maintaining an agile and user-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated squad, partnering with a Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Business Analyst.
• Modernize cloud telephony systems by transitioning to scalable, configurable templates.
• Drive initiatives to automate workflows through third-party API integrations.
• Engage with executive steering groups to ensure alignment and maintain agile delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS Connect or similar cloud contact center platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partner agencies to achieve product milestones.
• Strong background in launching platform features and third-party integrations.
