Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex engineering projects within a leading aerospace organization on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while managing schedules, budgets, and risks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as experience in highly regulated engineering environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from planning through to delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers and customer relationships.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing complex engineering projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project planning and risk management skills.
- Good stakeholder and supplier management experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Desirable: Experience in aerospace or highly regulated engineering environments.
- Desirable: Project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
