Overview
The Technical Business Analyst will join a prominent technology consultancy to support a central government digital programme. Collaborating closely with Software and Data Engineering teams, the analyst will interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear specifications. This role requires a hands-on approach and demands the ability to bridge the gap between technical delivery and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable specifications.
- Collaborate with Software and Data Engineering teams to gather and document requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct process mapping and create documentation for standard business analysis deliverables.
- Support project delivery by providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Travel to client sites 2-4 times a month as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' residency in the UK to meet SC clearance eligibility criteria.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within the public sector.
- Experience working directly with Software and Data Engineering teams.
- Comfortable with standard BA deliverables such as requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and document findings clearly.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
