Overview
As a Technical Design Authority (TDA) specializing in Security, SD-WAN, and Fortinet solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing technical collateral to support strategic objectives and develop standard offerings. You will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the presales process and take the lead on the implementation and handover of security solutions to ensure optimal architecture and deployment for clients. This position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends while serving as a subject matter expert in customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design bespoke customer network security models.
- Review and approve advanced security configurations based on best practices and standards.
- Support the presales process by advising sales engineers on security positioning.
- Monitor industry updates and technologies to enhance security management.
- Liaise with partners and vendors to meet customer expectations.
- Produce technical standards, reference architecture, and deployment guides.
- Create and update technical documentation and guidelines.
- Provide expertise and consultancy on security topics for assigned customer accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in the network security industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Fortinet security design concepts, implementation, and support.
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies such as Aruba Edgeconnect and VMware Velocloud.
- Working knowledge of technology methodologies such as ITIL V3.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a multi-vendor environment.
- Demonstrable experience in architectural design and implementation of security solutions.
- Knowledge of SASE and SSE environments and concepts.
- Experience working with major international and global accounts.
